Opening Hours

DBDP opening hours is from 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday to Wednesday, and 08:00 to 13:00, Thursday, excluding holidays.

Note that DBDP system is planned to be accessible 24hrs everyday (except during a backup period) assuming normal connectivity and operational conditions.

Helpdesk Availability
